About the book & Series

The RiseUp Art & Craft series of books are an attempt to initiate the students to the basics of art & craft per the guidelines laid down by the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2005. It lays emphasis on making art education both a tool and a subject, to be taught in every school as a compulsory part of the curriculum. The series contain 11 books from K-VIII focusing on learning rather than teaching the subject. The primary goal is to let the children do what they like to do!
