We are extremely grateful to teachers and students for their continued patronage ever since its first publication. The book has undergone many revisions in its journey following changes in accounting treatments, amendments to laws affecting accountancy and changes in syllabus from time to time. We are glad that timely changes have resulted in the book being always up to date. This Volume is prepared as per the CBSE syllabus for the last academic session, keeping in view the NCERT syllabus and CBSE guidelines on accounting treatments and pattern of questions. Besides, the number of MCQs has been sizeably increased.
