At MyBookShop, we strive to provide you with the best products and service. However, if you happen to receive a wrong or damaged product, we are committed to resolving the issue. Below are the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges:

Conditions For Return/Exchange:
  1. Wrong Product Received: If you receive a product that you did not order, please contact us via email, phone, or our website. We will exchange the product with the correct one you ordered.
  2. Product Condition: The product/book must be in good, unused condition. Used books/products will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, a replacement can only be processed if you raise a replacement request via email within 3 days from the delivery date.
  4. Packaging Damage: If the product packaging is damaged or broken, returns/exchanges may not be possible. This will be assessed at our discretion. If we decide to offer an exchange, a small additional cost may be charged.
  5. Shortage in Order: If you receive fewer items than ordered, please notify our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving the goods via email. Claims made after this time will not be considered.
Return/Refund Process:
  1. Request for Return/Refund: If you wish to return a product, please contact us via email at info@mybookshop.co.in. Your email should include the order ID and a clear subject stating your return/refund request. The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we acknowledge your return request, we will provide the return address. The product must be shipped back to us within 2 working days from receiving our return confirmation.
  3. Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping the product back to us will be borne by the customer. Please ensure that the product is returned in unused and undamaged condition. Once the product is received, we will inspect it for damages.
  4. Refund Process: After confirming that the product is undamaged, we will process the refund. The refund will be issued after deducting any payment processing and shipping charges we incurred. Refunds may take 5 to 7 working days to be credited to your original payment method.
Refund After Order Dispatched:

If the order has been dispatched, cancellation will only be processed after the product is returned to us. Refunds will be issued after deducting forward and reverse shipping charges.

Product Exchange:

If the product you receive is incorrect or damaged, we will provide an exchange. However, if the product is returned for exchange, the customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with sending the product back to us.

Customer Responsibility:
  • All return/exchange requests must be made within the timeframes specified in this policy.
  • Customers must return the product in unused, undamaged condition.
  • If a product is returned outside the return window or is used, the return/exchange may not be accepted.
