At MyBookShop, we aim to process and ship your orders quickly. If you wish to cancel your order, we have outlined the following cancellation procedure:

Before Order Is Dispatched:

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched by contacting us via email at info@mybookshop.co.in or by calling us at 011-42750442 / 9205412939.

If the order is not processed or dispatched, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.

Please note that payment processing charges may apply depending on the payment method used.

After Order Is Dispatched:

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you still wish to cancel, you must contact us immediately through email.

If the cancellation is approved, you can return the product as per our Return and Exchange Policy. The refund will be processed after the product is returned and shipping charges (forward and reverse) will be deducted from the refund.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts:

If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability and the product is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts, you may request a refund. The refund will be processed after deducting forward and reverse shipping charges, as well as payment processing fees.

Alternatively, you may request to re-ship the order, in which case only the additional shipping charges for re-delivery will apply.

Cancellation Right:

MyBookShop reserves the right to cancel any order if it cannot be processed due to issues such as stock unavailability, technical errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, and the customer will be notified promptly.

Customer Agreement:

By placing an order, you agree to accept MyBookShop’s cancellation terms and conditions. You agree not to dispute the cancellation decision once it has been communicated to you.
